As part of its commitment to supporting caregivers of children with learning difficulties and autism spectrum disorders, Universal Education Foundation (UEF), in cooperation with the International Medical Education Trust- Palestine (IMET), organized a training workshop titled \u201cManaging Psychological Stress for Staff at Al-Riyad Charity for Persons with Disabilities\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop aimed to equip professional staff with practical tools to cope with daily pressures and reduce their psychological impact, thereby promoting a healthier work environment and improved quality of care for children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Afaf Rabee\u2019, UEF\u2019s Psychosocial Support Officer, facilitated the session and led a series of interactive activities addressing key topics such as recognizing signs of stress, emotional release techniques, self-care strategies, and positive self-communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UEF expresses its gratitude to IMET for organizing this impactful workshop, which aligns with efforts to promote holistic wellbeing and support those working with children with disabilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
