As part of the continued partnership between UEF and MECI, a two-day training workshop was conducted to build the capacity of MECI\u2019s staff on the concept of holistic wellbeing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop focused on a comprehensive understanding of wellbeing, centered on realizing each individual\u2019s potential through balanced physical, mental, and emotional development, in harmony with self, others, and the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also emphasized children’s rights, the importance of involving children in decisions affecting their lives, and principles of psychosocial support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sessions were interactive and included psychosocial release activities for participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

UEF thanks all contributors to the success of this training and reaffirms its commitment to embedding wellbeing in educational and community settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
