As part of its “Act2gether”<\/strong> program , which aims  to strengthen partnerships between children and adults, the Universal Education Foundation (UEF)<\/strong> held an interactive session with members of its Children\u2019s Advisory Group (CAG)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting aimed to promote meaningful child participation by offering a safe space for open conversation and encouraging them to share their thoughts and ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting began with a warm welcome to all participants, including a special introduction for the newly joined member, Shahd Al-Shaf\u2019i<\/strong>, wishing her a meaningful journey full of active engagement and positive contributions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key topics covered during the meeting :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         An introduction to the Learning for Well-being Framework<\/strong>, a holistic approach based on four interconnected dimensions\u2014physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual emphasizing their importance in supporting learning and enhancing communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Exploring each child\u2019s unique potential<\/strong>, with a focus on honoring inner diversity, encouraging self-expression, and valuing different viewpoints.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7         Developing core capacities<\/strong> that nurture connections with oneself, others, and the environment. A spotlight was placed on one of the 9 core capacities ” listening ” <\/strong>, which were practiced through an interactive group activity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the meeting featured a variety of purposeful recreational activities designed to foster a sense of cooperation and belonging<\/strong>, contributing to a supportive environment where children felt encouraged to express themselves and participate actively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
