The Universal Education Foundation, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, conducted a training titled \u201cPeer-to-Peer Training on Personal Hygiene and Safe Puberty\u201d<\/em> in schools across the Jordan Valley, with participation from students in grades 7\u20139.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training aims to develop students\u2019 skills in effective peer education, such as public speaking and peer roles, increase their awareness of personal hygiene and the mental, physical, and emotional changes during puberty, and promote healthy habits during adolescence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It also contributed to enhancing their knowledge and attitudes regarding the importance of life skills in education, and strengthened their role in supporting adolescent health programs through the design of awareness activities in their schools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training was delivered by specialists on life skills through interactive activities, including group work, discussions, case studies, and presentations, leading students to design awareness plans and activities during the first semester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The training implemented in 10 schools in the Jordan Valley: Marj Na\u2019jeh Secondary, Marj Al-Ghazal Basic, Marj Al-Ghazal Girls\u2019 Secondary, Al-Zubaidat Secondary, Khalid Bin Al-Waleed Basic, Fasa\u2019il Secondary, Bardala Secondary, Ein Al-Bayda Secondary, Bardala Girls\u2019 Secondary, and Ein Al-Bayda Girls\u2019 Secondary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
